Returns Policy

We have a 14 day return policy on all unworn, undamaged items – this means you have 14 days from receiving your item to make up your mind!

To lodge a returns request, start by reaching out to us here or emailing us at info@harlancollective.com to receive the return address.

In your message please include your order number, and the items you wish to return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with no odours (including perfumes). If your items do not meet these conditions, they will be returned to you. Items labelled as final sale cannot be returned.

Once we have received and inspected your order, we will process your refund.  Please note that shipping charges from your order will not be refunded.

Sale items are not eligible for a full refund, only an exchange or credit note.
